Eligibility

The Pro Examination and tour are open to citizens of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Applicants register using their IC (Malaysia) or passport (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand); the name and identity number you provide must match your identification document.

Registration & Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. On passing the Pro Examination, we issue you a member number and a temporary password by email — please change your password after your first login.

Fees & Payments

Exam fee: RM100 (Season Offer, pre-booked online) or RM150 (walk-in). Retake fee: RM80 per additional attempt. Annual membership: RM500, activating your license for the season. Stage entry fees are shown per stage at the time of registration.

All payments are processed through our payment gateway. Fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun — for example, once your exam sitting is confirmed or a tour stage entry is reserved — except where required by law or at our discretion. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us using the details below.

Tour Stage Entry & Waitlist

Registering for a tour stage reserves your spot but does not confirm it — you must complete payment within the deadline shown (if any) or your reservation releases automatically. If a stage is full, you may join a waitlist; you'll be notified by email if a spot opens, with a fresh deadline to pay and confirm your entry.

Exam, Membership & Match Conduct

Exam format, passing criteria, uniform, and match rules follow our Rule & Regulation page and the full rulebook provided to registered players. Unsporting conduct, falsified identity documents, or attempting to sit the exam on behalf of someone else may result in disqualification without a refund.

Intellectual Property

The PERFECT and PHOENIXDARTS names, logos, and site content belong to Phoenixdarts Sports Malaysia Sdn Bhd and its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We provide this platform on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenixdarts Sports Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, participation in the exam, or the tour.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
